Information we collect and how we collect it
You may give us information about you by filling in online or paper-based forms, or by communicating with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. The information you give us may include your name, your child’s name, your child’s date of birth, your child’s school year, your address, your e-mail address and your phone number. We also ask for relevant medical information relating to your child including any allergies they may have.

How long do we hold your personal data?
Any personal data we hold on you will be securely destroyed after three years of inactivity. Inactivity refers to a child’s non-attendance at coaching sessions, fixtures, holiday clubs, or any other activities provided by On Target Soccer. However, you can request for your data to be erased before this period by contacting On Target Soccer’s Company Directors at ontargetsoccer@hotmail.com.
Log Files
On Target Soccer follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.
